Welcome HPA High School Students!
A message from your lead teacher:
Hello ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Harvest Preparatory Academy's 2011/2012 high school year. Whether you are a new or returning student, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude toward you for choosing our institution and making the decision to become a member of our educational community. And like in any community, the success of its members depends on their dedication and commitment to an ideal. For our community that ideal is that all students who pass through our halls receive the highest quality education available in a school. In order to achieve this, all the members of our community must do their part: administration must effectively plan; teachers must instruct and provide good examples of how professional adults behave; students must focus and apply themselves to their studies; and parents must provide unlimited support for their child, as well as make education the number one priority in the home. If we each do our part, our students will excel and be that much more likely to prosper out of school, and we as a community will have attained our most cherished ideal: for our students to have as versatile an education as possible so that they can succeed no matter what obstacles come their way in the future.
Most Respectfully,
Mr. Peter F. Smith
HPA High School Lead Teacher
